Call to Order, Moment of Silence, Pledge of Allegiance. Present were Commissioners, Skinner and Vincent, County Attorney Marty Lambert and Acting Clerk to the Board Stephanie Young.

 Agenda Announcements: Commissioner Murdock has been excused. Planning Office & Spanish Peaks have requested to pull Regular Agenda Item #4: Public Hearing and Decision on an Improvements Agreement for the Spanish Peaks Estates, Phase 5. & Item #5: Decision on Final Plat Approval for the Spanish Peaks Estates, Phase 5., have been continued indefinitely, Regular Agenda Item #6: Public Hearing and Decision on a Request for Preliminary Plat Approval and Variance Request from Section 7.3 of the Subdivision Regulations (road paving requirement) for the Westlake Park Major Subdivision, has been continued until Tuesday April 4, 2006.

Approval of Asset Disposal(s) of: Food Cabinet (Kitchen Steamer)- no longer able to be repaired (to be removed for disposal, no value) (Rest Home); 1986 Ford Van- engine ceased, excessive cost to repair, given to Junk Program (Sheriff); 1993 Peterbilt Tractor- tractor burned and is no longer functional (Road Dept.); and 1979 Ford Truck- high mileage, unsafe, disposal authorized through auction/sale (Search & Rescue); 3. Decision on Final Plat Approval for the Walma Minor Subdivision.

Finding that the application meets the requirements of the Montana Subdivision and Platting Act and finding that the application complies with the Gallatin County Subdivision Regulations and it complies with the Gallatin County- Bozeman Area Zoning District, I would move to approve Preliminary Plat Approval of the Amended Plat of the Minor Subdivision No. 35A, Lot 4 with staff suggested conditions.
